  I was so glad to finally get my Sisterlocks installed after waiting over 15 years to make this decision. When I tell you Elisa is dedicated to her profession...I mean it! She is thorough and absolutely nothing, besides her family and God, makes her happier than having her hands in peoples hair. She enjoys educating people and ensuring that they are comfortable with their journey and enjoy every part of the process as much as she does. Run, don’t walk to your nearest location of The Loc Doc Hair Studio!!! She recently moved to Phoenix as well!!!
